Based on budget and estimated time of travel, you and your SUDAN TT CLUB travel consultant will work together to build a plan that will determine the amount of your starting deposit, and monthly payments.
Our accounting department will happily manage your layaway account for you.
You will receive monthly statements so you can review how your vacation is rapidly approaching!
When you're ready to travel: You can use some or all of the balance in your layaway account. If your vacation is less than your balance, you can, if you wish, withdraw some or all of the remaining funds to take with you, or leave them in your account for your next vacation.

MINEMAM AMOUNT: Layaway is available for packages and airline tickets over SD 75,000.
TERMS OF USE: A 20% deposit is required to start your layaway and is due 5 days after receiving your layaway request. If deposit payment is not made within 5 days, your request will be cancelled. There are NO additional charges.
LENGTH OF LAYAWAY: You may choose to make your layaway plan length 3-9 month and make payments monthly.
PAYMENTS: It is the customers responsibility to make payments on the payment due date.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Cashier's checks or Personal checks for layaway payments. On your layaway request you may choose which option to use (Checks are made to STTB).
PAYING IN FULL: You have the right to pay your layaway in full anytime before the due date with no penalty charges.
CANCELLATION TERMS: You may cancel your layaway plan at any time and refunds will be made, with in two week from cancellation date however, we DO CHARGE A 3% CANCELLATION FEE FROM THE PLAN TOTAL.
LATE PAYMENTS: If any layaway payment is 7 days overdue, you will receive a cancellation notice. You must respond to the notice within 3 days or your layaway plan will be cancelled. Refunds will be made, however, we will charge 3% cancellation fee.
Final Payment is due in full 40 days prior to travel date.
SUDAN TT CLUB reserves the right to cancel the contract, and refund in full the amount paid by the customer up to the cancellation date, with in two weeks time. (No cancellation fee will be charged).
The total cost of the trip or the air line tickets under the layaway plan can change. The customer will be committed to pay the extra charges.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Upon receiving your layaway request, you will need to sign a contract with your layaway total and an outline of your terms, payment dates, payment amounts and acceptance of terms statement.
