SATC offers the following documents which are recognized worldwide due to its affiliation with the Gulf Automobile Federation.

International Driving Permits

International driving permits which absolve the holder from having to secure individual driving licenses when visiting other countries. An International driving permit (IDP) is issued against a valid Sudanese driving license.

The following is required for issuing IDP:

•  Copy of a valid Sudanese Drivers License.

•  Two recent passport size photographs.

Carnet de Passages en Douane (Trip Ticket)

'Carnet de Passage' which is a customs document that permits temporary entry of a car into any country without having to pay customs bond.

This document is used to identify your motor vehicle in all the different countries that you travel across. The CPD is derived from the French and means ‘notebook'. It consists of import and export vouchers that are retained by the customs authorities of the countries visited.

The Carnet is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and it enables visitors to temporarily import their vehicles for a limited period of time with a minimum of formalities and without resulting to the normal time- consuming documentation routines across the various countries.

1- A special application (available at our locations) form must be filled and singed by the car owner.

2- Photocopy of car registration.

3- Cash or bank guarantee depending on car model, and the customer's country of destination.
